Dear Madam:
This is in the matter of the application of the Anderson Pharmacy

thereof for Selby Avenue widening, Block 4, Rogers Addition. The
property is zoned commercial.
The property, which is presently being developed with a new
• commercial building, has a frontage of 160 feet on Selby Avenue
. and a depth of 109.16 feet resulting in an area of approximately
17,466 square feet. East and adjoining is a residence fronting
on Selby Avenue; west and adjoining is vacant land; south and -
across Selby Avenue is the Hill elementary school; north and
adjoining are single- family residences fronting on Dayton Avenue.
Field investigation discloses no basic objection to the proposal.
The Traffic Engineer has recommended approval of theparking plan
which meets the standards for this type of facility.
n
In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends
the granting of the permit for a 27 car off - street parking lot on
the above described property in accordance with plans approved
September 5, 1963 as reflected in revised plans dated October 4,, 1963.
