Resolution Ratifying Assessment
In the matter of the assessment of
benefits, costs and expenses

improving LEXINGTON PARKWAY NORTH from the Northern Pacific'Railway Company Bridge
(southerly of Jessamine Atenue), to the existing bridge at 384 feet northerly of
the center line of Van Slyke Avenue by widening the existing roadbed to a 57
foot width; by grading and paving the widened areas with new concrete base and
asphaltic concreth surfacing; by resurfacing the existing roadbed with new asphaltic
concrete surfacing and repaving said roadbed with new concrete base and asphaltic
concrete surfacing where structurally unsound and not to proper alignment or
grade; by paving street and driveway returns; by constructing new curbs and_side-
walks; by,constructing 48" storm water sewer and reconstructing storm water drain-
age facilities; by reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on the inter-
secting streets where not in conformity with said improvement; by constructing
sewer, water and gas service connections from street mains to the property lines _
where necessary; by reconstructing the existing traffic control system and by
doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improve -

A public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment
having been further considered by the Council, and having been considered finally satisfactory, be ,it therefore
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same
is hereby ordered to eubmitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
BE IT FUR R RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and it is hereby determined to be payable

penditures necessarily incurred for and in connection with the making of the above improvement, viz:

Said Commissioner further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above aster -$7,0 2

tained, to -wit: the sum of $ 149,520.91 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed
benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
