RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for the construction of a Sewer in

Oxford Street from St +Anthony Avenue to Central Avenue to JAMES D. %X)LFF COMPANY in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #9558 of said James D, Wolff Company for the contract price of $45,940„00 (plus
$4,594„00 Engineering and plus $918!.80 Inspection by City Forces,)such bid being
the lowest and said James D. Wolff Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
