RESOLVED, That the appropriate City officials may be and
hereby are authorized to return to Century Fence Company that
particular check no. 669 of said Company heretofore deposited
with the City of Saint Paul to secure the return, in good condition,
of plans and specifications concerning particular fencing at the
Alexander Ramsey Home, said plans and specifications having been
returned in good condition to the Commissioner of Public Works,
it further appearing that said check of the Century Fence Company,
as aforesaid, has not been negotiated.
