Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
to the Water Department, Hamlin & Carroll Avenues, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
3 - 30 ", 3 - 24" and 2 - 20" Butterfly Valves with rubber seat, to I PRATT
CCHPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid x#9572 of said Henry Pratt Company for the contract price of $14,039.00
(Board of Water Commissioners reserving the right to increase any �,ndividual
item of the Materials of the contract or the total order by 25 %) such bid being
the lowest and said Henry Pratt Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract •therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
