WHEREAS, Registered Bill No. 3- 4064.has been issued in
the amount of $106.09 and a dispute-exists as to the amount of
liability for damage caused the City, and both the City and the
parties involved are desirous of resolving their differences; now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are authorized to
accept $79.57 in full compromise settlement of the bill and to
cancel the balance.
