Wash, prepare and apply one coat to ceiling, walls and
wood trim, paint radiator, apply one coat to mop
board ($129.00)
Janitors'Room Off of Reception Area
Wash, prepare and apply one coat to ceiling, walls,
and wood trim, remove existing linoleum on floor, wash
off paste residue and, apply two coats of floor enamel
($92.00)
Hallway Area A Stairs and Adjoining Halls
Prepare and apply one coat to mop board, treads,
risers ($142.00)
this work having been requested by the Commissioner of Public
Utilities and agreement made with the Contractor, and a
memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the
Comptroller and countersigned by him.
