In the matter of resurfacing JACKSON STREET from the North Right -
Of -Way Line of the Great Northern Railway to Acker Street; ACKER STREET
from Jackson Street to Cortland Place and by grading and paving CORTLAND
PLACE from Acker Street to Sycamore Street (P -321); by constructing curbs;
by reconstructing intersecting alley and street returns and sidewalks
where necessary; by constructing storm water drainage facilities; by
constructing sewer, water and gas service connections where necessary
and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete
said improvement, under Preliminary Order C.F. 210336, approved December 11,
1962 and Final Order C.F. 213725 approved July 33 1963-
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvements as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works be and
the same are hereby approved; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on these improvements.
