RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed on behalf of said City to execute an agreement
between the City and the Chicago Aerial Survey Division of Chicago
Aerial Industries, Inc., the terms and provisions of which are
outlined in the proposal from said Company dated November 11+,
1963, a copy of which proposal has been marked Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by reference; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the total amount of such agreement shall
not exceed $6,000.00, and the amount payable, pursuant to the
terms of said agreement, shall be charged to PIR Fund 3001, which
fund shall be reimbursed from Bond Fund 210, SE -22.

Dear Mr. Avery:
This will serve to comflrm our conversation in your office Wednesday, November
13, 1963, regarding the furnishing of our aerial mapping services. Warring to the
attached St. Paul west Quadrangle, areas 2 end 3, details of the plan are as follows:
1. He will fly and obtain vertical aerial photc-Zrapby over the two
areas at the proper scale for furnishing topographic mapping as
described belov* A photo index, and two sets of contact prints
of each area with the ground control identified will be furnish-
ed.

flying for the earliest clear weather day. The contact paints
with the control referred to in Item 1, will be forwarded to
you vithin one week after completion of the flying. We esti-
mate a total of seven days for your field forces to complete
the control, anticipating a target date for this phase of the
first veek of December. With Area 3 designated am the priority
area, map compilation will begin here and expected delivery date
is on or before December 318t. Delivery date on the maps for
Area 2 will be set on or before January 10, 190+. In the event
earlier dates are required, preliminary prints of our manuscripts
Will be furnished without additional charge.
5. Cost of obtaining new photography over both areas is $100.00.
Cost for furnishing the topographic mapping on Area 2 is based
on $2.75 per acre, with an estimated acreage of 1,010 acres.
Cost of furnishing the topographic mapping on Area 3 is based
on $4.95 per acre, with an estimated acreage of 400 acres. Our
payment policy is to invoice upon delivery of all materials,
with net payment due 30 days from dente of invoice.
We appreciate the confidence you have placed in us, and assure you complete
satisfaction with &11 phases of the work. To confirm your understanding and ac-
ceptance of this proposal, we request an authorized signature of acceptance below
with one copy of this proposal returned to our office.
