as collateral security for deposits of public funds of the
City of Saint Paul with the Summit National Bank of Saint
Paul, hereby is authorized, approved, ratified and confirmed,
such having been done in conformance with the applicable
statutes of the State of Minnesota, and in compliance with
the applicable statutory conditions: That such hereby*ap-
proved substituted, securities, at the time of such substi-
tution, had a market value, together with the market value
of the original securities assigned for the same purpose
and for which no substitution had been made sufficient to
equal $110 for every $100 of deposits of public funds of
said City with_._said -bank and that the holder on- custodian-
of such collateral securities, on the .day of such substi- -
tution, did forward by registered or certified mail to the
Comptroller of said City of Saint Paul and said depository
bank a receipt specifically describing and identifying both
the collateral security so substituted and those released
and returned to said depository bank.
