Whereas, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as the Widening of SIXTH STREET frem Auditorium Street to West Seventh
Street, Comptroller's Contract Ir6515 -2, Pederson Brothers Company, Contractor,
have been provided for in the Specifications, and
Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions:
ADDITIONS
Gravel used in backfilling areaways and sewer trench
Gravel (Cl. 4)'in place - 196 cu yds. @ $1.69 $313.60
Portland cement necessary for high -early concrete for driveway
into parking lot
Portland cement (Type I) incorporated in concrete -
944 lbs. @ $.02 18.88
Adjust existing Catch Basin - 1 each @ $25.00 25.00
Total additions this agreement $357.48
and
Whereas, The total addition is $357.4$, now therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves
the foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum
of $357.48, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L- 6515 -2, and T'h ich amount is to be
financed from Municipal State -Aid funds.
The Cum issioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named Contractor
that the sum of $357.45 is the correct amount to be added to the above contract.
