Dear Sir:
Contract G 3199 was awarded to A. V. Winterer 8 Son for
Mechanical Construction in Rehabilitation of Toilet Rooms
at the Ericsson School, Drew School, and Locker Room at
Washington School, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, certain
changes were made in connection with the shower installation
at Washington School to incorporate a Powers hydroguard
thermostatic water control together with modification of
existing valves to single handle tempered water valves;
and negotiations were conducted with the contractor who
agrees to allow the City a credit of $400.00.
This is a fair mount and it is, therefore, requested that
a resolution be submitted to the City Council authorizing
this credit to the contract.
