WHEREAS, the final costs for the construction of the Atwater.-
Kent Sewer System, Comptroller's Contract L- 6381 -A, have
been determined and,
WHEREAS, upon final allocation of Sewer Bond Funds, assess-
ments against benefited property, and 31 E -1 Funds, to
finance the above project, there Ilse insufficient funds
to meet the final costs in the amount of $13,428.84,
now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that an additional amount of $13,428.84 be applied
from the City's share of Local Improvement Fund CODE
31 E -1 (1963) to finance this project.
