Jn the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for constructing a public
sewer in Geranium Ave. from Avon Street to 220 feet west of Avon Street; from Geranium
Ave. to Rose Ave. in an easement (obtained) in Avon Street (vacated) said easement
(obtained) being on the east 20 feet of the west 35 feet of Avon Street (vacated) and
said easement (obtained) extending from Geranium Ave. to Rose Ave.; and from Rose Ave.
to Maryland Ave. in an existing sewer easement in Avon Street (vacated) said ease-
ment being 20 feet in width along the center of Avon Street (vacated), all of which
is to be known as the GERANIUM -AVON SEWER SYSTEM I I

The assessment of benefits, costs and a dws?�:s for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all. respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 15th
day of January, 1964 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
