WHEREAS, Progic Inc. d/b/a Inuendo, located at 213 4`" Street East in Saint Paul, has requested a
waiver of the 15-day notice requuement for on sale liquor over 100 seats, on sale liquor Sunday, liquor
establishment extended food service hours, and on sale liquor 2:00 a.m. closing licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Capitol River Community Council has agreed to the waivex of the notice
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the applicarion is m order and there aze no grounds for denial of
the license and that the failure to gsant the waiver and the consequent delay in approving the hcense would
cause exceptional and unusual hardship to the license applicant; and
WHEREAS, the licensee agees that in the event a complaint is received prior to the expiration of the
15-day period and the complaint provides a basis for adverse action against the license, that the Office of
License, Inspections, and Environmental Protection may direct the licensee to immediately discontinue all
operarions until a public heazing is scheduled, and that the licensee shall comply with said directive; now,
therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that the 15 day notice requirements of § 409.11 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code are
hereby waived and on sale liquor over 100 seau, on sale liquor Sunday, liquor establishment extended food
service hours, and on sale liquor 2:00 a.m. closing licenses are hereby approved for Progic Inc. d/b/a Inuendo,
located at 213 4'" Street East in Saint Paul, subject to the ageement stated above.
