WHEREAS, pursuant to C. F. No. 214534, approved
September 3, 1963, the City of Saint Paul entered into
an agreement with the Soil Exploration Company for a
soil investigation for the Arch- Pennsylvania- Minnehaha
project and,

WHEREAS, said soils investigation has been completed
and a bill for services rendered by the Soil Exploration
Company has been submitted'to the Department of Public
Works, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the cost of this investigation in the
amount of $2,372.00 be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, CODE 3001 and this same fund reimbursed
from Bond Fund 200 St -32.
