RESOLVED, that Joseph Kubiszewski be paid
the sum of $787.50 out of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of the General Fund in full settlement of
his claim against the City of Saint Paul for com-
pensation resulting from his injury of July 19, 1963
while in the employ of the Department of Public Works,
whereby he suffered a temporary total disability until

RESOLVED, that Joseph Kubiszewski be paid
the sum of $787.50 out of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of the General Fund in full settlement of
his claim against the City of Saint Paul for com-
pensation resulting from his injury of July 19, 1963
while in the employ of the Department of Public Works,
whereby he suffered a temporary total disability until
October 29, 1963 and 5 per cent permanent partial
disability to his back; that of said sum the amount
of $315.00,less $27.00 which has already been paid,
is now due and payable and the the remainder of said
sum or $472.50 shall be payable at the rate of $45.00
per week, at intervals of four weeks.
