to be taken in trades, making net amount of contract $6875.000 such bid being the lowest
and said Midway Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and
the proper City officials are hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf of the
