s WHEREAS, Greater Frogtown CDC, in File No. 07-047-937, has submitted for City Council
a approvaf the attached final plat for Dale Street Townhomes to create 16 townhouse lots and 2
s common area lots; and
� WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the
s recommended condition, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and

io WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the preliminary plat for Dale Street
i� Townhomes on January 18, 2006, at which all interested parties were given the opportunity to be
iz heard, the Council having approved the preliminary plat by resolution (Council File # 06-143) on
ts February 15, 2006;

is NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the
i6 attached final plat for Dale Street Townhomes subject to the condition that the applicant shall file
i� a copy of the Council Resolution approving the Final Plat with the Ramsey County Recorder's
ia Office.

2o AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall maii a copy of this resolution to the
2i Applicant, the Zoning Administrator, and the Planning Administrator.

Greater Frogtown CDC, has applied for Fina] Plat approval for Dale Street Townhomes to create 16 townhouse lots and 2 common
area lots on proper[y located along the east side of Dale Street between Lafond and Van Buren. The Council approved the preliminary
plat on February I5, 2006, after a public hearing on January 18, 2006. No public hearing is needed to approve fhe final plat.
