S91d Allstate Insurance Company agrees to save the City of Sa- t Paul, its agentq servants and employees harmless from any and all claims tiPfiieh may arise out of or by virtue of the staging of such safety demonstration by said Company, and said Company further agrees ,to save harmless the City from any costs, charges or expenses arising out of any claim as aforesaid, and to pay any ju(gment which may be obtained against the City, its agents or employees as a result of the staging of such demonstration. 2.
