REAS, the Great Central Insurance Company is reimbursing
the Gene Wagner Construction Company, Inc. and the St. Paul
Linoleum & Carpet Co. in the amount of $129.80 for the costs
sustained by said General Contractor on the Mount Airy Elementary
School project, Contract No. G29 -52, for repairs to an acoustical
tile ceiling at the Mount Airy Elementary School which was damaged
by vandals; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has no interest in said
check, the repair work having besn done by said Gene Wagner Construction
Company, Inc. and the St. Paul Linoleum & Carpet Co; now,therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the City of Saint Paul
are hereby adthorized and directed to endorse check no. 12347 in
the amount of $129.80, drafted by the Great Central Insurance Company,
payable to the Gene Wagner Construction Company, Inc. and the
St. Paul Linoleum & Carpet Co. and the City of Saint Paul, all as
co- payees, and to direct said check to the Gene Wagner Construction
Company, Inc., General Contractor on the aforementioned project.
