COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
WHEREAS, this Council on October 22, 1963 adopted its
Resolution, Council File No. 215159 approving a General
Neighborhood Renewal Plan for the Cathedral Area, as
submitted by the Housing and.Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution identified said plan as being
entitled "Cathedral Area Official General Neighborhood Renewal
Plan, Minn. R -17 (GM)" and consisting of "38 pages and 11
figures and 20 maps" where in fact said plan consists of
44 pages, 11 figures and 20 maps,
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that said Resolution, Council File No. 215159,
be and the same hereby is amended, so that in the third
"Whereas" clause thereof,identifying said General-Neighborhood
Renewal Plan, the figure "44" be substituted for the figure
"38" indicating the number of pages in said Plan.

Renewal Plan, the figure "44' be sub-
stituted for the figure 193811 indicating
the number of pages in said Plan.

On October 22, 1963, by Resolution No. CF 215159, your
Honorable Body approved the Cathedral Area Official General
Neighborhood Renewal Plan, Minn. R- 17(GN). The description of
the Plan, set forth in the third paragraph of the Preamble of
the Resolution, as consisting of 38 pages and 11 figures and 20
maps should be corrected to read 44 pages and 11 figures and
20 maps. The Authority requests that your Honorable Body adopt

The Council has been requested by the Authority to pass
an amendment to Resolution No. CF 215159 approving the Cathedral
Area Official General Neighborhood Renewal Plan, Minn. R-17(GN)
to change the description of the Plan as one consisting of 38
pages and 11 figures and 20 maps to one consisting of 44 pages
and 11 figures and 20 maps, all as set forth in the third
paragraph of the Preamble to the Resolution. A copy of the
Authority Resolution making a like correction is enclosed.

PLAN, MINN. R -17 (GN)
WHEREAS, the Authority on October 22, 1963 adopted Resolution No.
63- 10/22 -3 approving!a General Neighborhood Renewal Plan for the Cathedral
Area; and
LJHEREAS, said Resolution identified said plan as being "entitled'
'Cathedral-Area Official General Neighborhood Renewal Plan, Minn. R- 17(GB),',
and consists of 38 pages and 11 figures and 20 maps made a part thereof"
where in fact said plan consists of 44 paves, 11 figures and 20 maps.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mousing and Redevelopment Authority
of the City of.Saint Paul, Minnesota that Resolution No. 63- 10/22 -3 is hereby
amended to read "Cathedral Area Official General Neighborhood Renewal Plan,
Minn. R- 17(GN) as consisting of 44 pages, and 11 figures and 20 maps made a
part thereof ".
