RESOLVED, that this Council having heretofore
by its prior Resolution C. F. 215731, approved December 69
1963, in behalf-of the City of Saint Paul, accepted that
certain Deed of Dedication for Park, Recreational and
Educational Use, dated the 22nd day of October, 19639 where -
under and whereby the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, granted, bargained,
quitclaimed and conveyed unto said City of Saint Paul the
following described tract or parcel of-land lying and being
within the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, described
as follows:
"Lot Three (3), Block One (1), Eastern
Area Additioq Saint Paul, Minnesota ac-
cording to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Registrar of
Titles, in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota ";
for use by said City of Saint Paul, or a nonprofit corporate
assignee of said City of Saint Paul created for educational
purposes, for park, recreational and educational uses; and
having thereby dedicated said tract or parcel of land to
public park, recreational and educational uses pursuant
thereto and subject to the provisions, terms and conditions
of said Deed of Dedication, does hereby designate and name
said tract or parcel of land "Valley Park" and that the
same henceforth shall be accordingly entitled.
