RESOLVED, That the proposed Agreement between Alfred J.
Tetzlaff and the City of Saint Paul regarding the furnishing
of sewer pipe to extend a drainage sewer on private property
near Third Street between Van'Dyke and Hazel Streets, approved
as to form by the Corporation Counsel, be and the same hereby
is in all things approved, and the proper City officers are
hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City.
