Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: There is a'two story frame building at 333 North Chatsworth Street, Saint Paul 4 described as Except Avenue Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Varner's Subdivi- sion of Lots 1 and 2 of Buell & Mackubin's Outlots. This building is approximately 49 by 54 by 20 feet, and has been vacant for some time. It is standing open and the exteri- or is being damaged by vandals. The interior has been badly damaged by fire. Windows are broken and glass pieces are hanging in the windows._ The building should be repaired or wrecked and removed as it is now dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property. Thq last known record owners are: First New Hope Baptist Church, Rev. Kneely Williams, 289 North Chatsworth Street, Saint Paul 4. Danger Notices have been posted.
