RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to accept a warranty deed to the City of Saint Paul
from George B. Sargent and Anna L. Sargent, husband and wife,
conveying to the City of Saint Paul the tract of property
hereinafter described, in consideration of the payment by the
City of the purchase price of $7,000.00, said payment to be
made from P.I.R. Fund 3001, to be reimbursed from Municipal
State Aid, and conditioned upon George B. Sargent and Anna L.
Sargent furnishing to the City of Saint Paul a Registered
Property Report and the Owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title,
evidencing marketable title in said George B. Sargent and Anna L.
Sargent:
The East one -half (E. 1/2) of Lots eleven (11) and
twelve (12) in Block twelve (12) in Youngman & Lamm's
Addition, Ramsey Co., Minn.
