WHEREAS', the final costs for Grading and Paving of Hamline
Avenue from Lincoln Avenue to Marshall Avenue, Comptroller's Contract
L-61+29 -A, have been determined and,
WHEREAS, upon final allocation of Municipal State Aid Funds,
and assessments against benefited property, to finance the above project,
there 4m insufficient funds to meet the final costs in the amount of
$8,551.51, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that an amount of $$551.51 be applied from the
Municipal State Aid Suspense Fund to finance the cost of the above
stated improvement.
