INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side of Juliet Ave. from
Haml.ine Ave. to Albert St. abutting the property from 1361 Juliet Ave. to and including
1387 Juliet Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement
under Preliminary Order 212736 approved May 14, 1963
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reconstruct the
sidewalk on the north side of Juliet Ave. from Hamlin Ave. to Albert St. abutting the
property from 1361 Juliet Ave. to and including 1387 Juliet Ave. and by doing all other

work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement except where good
and sufficient sidewalks now exist

Reso ved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the day of

House d Ci all Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons. and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
