Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Dearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Danforth Park (Lots 1 -30)
from Nebraska Avenue to Arlington Avenue, also install a storm sewer in the alley
from 80 feet south of Nebraska Avenue to the existing sewer in Nebraska Avenue
under Preliminary Order 199993 , approved December 9, 1960 ,
Intermediary Order 2o] 443 , approved April 4, 1961 1
Final Order 201895 , approved - MAY 2, 1961
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the 'above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 10th
day of July, 1963 at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
