temporary detour road in the'vicinity of Lexington Parkway South in conjunction with
the-construction and extension of -the existing bridge over the Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul and-Pacific Railroad company's Tracks on the following described parcel
of land in the NE k `of the NFT-of Section 10, Township 28 N., Range 23 W.:
Commencing at a point on the west line of Lexington Parkway South, that is 80 ft.
south of the south line of Lot 8, Rueth's Addition; thence at an angle of 28, 00'
to the right of said west line'of Lexington Parkway South a distance of approximately
• 85 ft. to the intersection with the northeasterly right -of -way line of C.M.St.P. & P.
Railroad Company; thence•southeasterly on the northeasterly line of said right -of-
-way to the intersection with the west line of Lexington Parkway South; thence norther-
ly on the said west l ine to the point of beginning, subject to the existing sewer
easement

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages .awarded for the - taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That it public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the ............ th_____________day

be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by,the Charter.
