Committee of the Metropolitan Improvement Committee, said
Architects Counseling Committee consisting of the architectural
firms of Haarstick Lundgren and Associates, Inc., Grover Diamond
Associates Inc., The Cerny Associates Inc., and Calvin and
Page, a partnership,
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby directs the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium,
Museums and Stadia to enter into contract negotiations
with the aforementioned Metropolitan Improvement Committee
and members of the aforementioned Architects Counseling
Committee of the Metropolitan Improvement Committee, looking
toward the formulation of an agreement or agreements of a
study and report of a development program for an Auditorium
Center, such proposed agreements not to be effective until
formally authorized by resolution of the Council of the City
of Saint Paul after preparation in the form of formal agree-
ments, and the City's liability in connection with such
agreements to be limited to an amount not to exceed $15,000.
