RESOLVED, that, in view of the salvage value of the
property involved, the proper City officers be and hereby are
authorized to accept the amount of $1,475.00 in compromise settlement
of the City's claim of $5,416.15 under Registered Bill No. 3 -3709,
for damage to City's property, to -wit;a 1937 fire truck, on January 31,
1961, by a bus operated by the Twin City Rapid Transit Company at:_the
intersection of Congress and Wabasha Streets in the City of Saint Paul.
