RESOLVED, That the Civic Educational Center to
house museums and art iplleries for which provision was
made under Ordinance No. 101359 adopted by the Council and
approved by the Mayor September 9, 1953, and ratified by
the electors of the City of Saint Paul at an election held
November 3, 1953, now being constructed on the site duly
selected therefor and bounded by Tenth, Wabasha, Cedar, and
Exchange Streets within the corporate limits of said City
hereby is officially entitled "Saint Paul Arts and Science
Civic Center" and that the same and the premises thereof
henceforth shall be designated by said official title
"Saint Paul Arts and Science Civic Center ",
