RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Curbing, Filling, Levelling and Improving
North Side of Selby Avenue from Finn Street to Cleveland Avenue to EUGENE BULACH
in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid }9325 of said Eugene Bulach for the contract price of $1,24+.20 (at unit
prices bid) plus Finance Dept. Charge $27.50, plus Engineering $124.40,Inspection
2+.88 by City Forces, such bid being the lowest and said Eugene Bulach being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
