RESOLVED: That Application H -2078 for Restaurant and Cigarette Licenses,
made by Lemuel and Gertrude Dettinger at 1155 Montreal Avenue
be and the sane are hereby granted,
PROVIDED, HOWEVER; That no gasoline be sold on the premises, that the restaurantp
close not later than 12 o'clock midnight, that the lot be kept
landscaped, that si.gas be posted "No Sounding of Horns after
9:00 P.M.", that the proprietors will clean up every morning
all papers, sacks, etc., that the grounds be prepared and
maintained so as to be dustless, and that the sidewalks aribund
the property be cleared of snow and ice during the winter.
