Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
for
constructing a sewer inPPacific Street from the Belt Line Sewer to Hazelwood Street;
Pacific Street from 160 feet east of Hazelwood Street to Kennard Street; in Barclay
Street from Pacific Street to McLean Avenue; In McLean Avenue from Barclay Street
to Kennard Street; and in Suburban Avenue from Hazelwood Street to Kennard Street, all
of which is to be known as the PACIFIC- BARCLAY- SUBURBAN SEWER SYSTEM
under Preliminary Order 186553 , approved March 13,_1958
Intermediary Order 187528 approved May 20, 1958
Final Order 187871+ —,approved July 17, 1958
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it_..
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 3rd
day of July, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
