IOSOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the Construction of Concrete Footings and Floor Slab
for storage buildings at Como Golf Course and Highland Golf Course, Saint Paul, Minnesota
to DAVIS & DAVIS, INC. in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid'-#9315 of said Davis & Davis, Inc. for the contract price of
$4,792.00 (and unit prices bid) such bid being the lowest and said Davis & Davis, Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable .bidc6r,, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is -
directed'to draw up the proper form.of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of (Saint Paul.
