RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract

Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
material and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the
installation of sewer and manholes in Phalen Park, Forest Street and
Wheelock Parkway, Saint Paul, Minnesota to AXEL NEWMAN HEATING & PLUMBING
COMPANY, INC. in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9305 of said Axel Newman Heating &
Plumbing Company, Inc. for the contract price of $3,1+99.00, such bid
being the only bid and said Axel Newman. Heating & Plumbing Company, Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be
and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
