RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee '
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing Sack Cement for Various
Departments of the City of St.Paul, to CORNING- DONOHUE, INC. in accordance with --
t City specifications and the Formal Bid #9244 of said Corning - Donohue, Inc. for the
contract price of approximately $69329.50 (at unit prices bid) contract to expire
April 30, 1964, said Corning- Donohue, Inc, being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
