City of Saint Paul hereby concurs in

RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby concurs in the recommendation of the Commissioner of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings and hereby repeals
Council File No. 211259, adopted February 15, 1963, and in
place of same grants the privilege of operating a miniature
golf putting course at Como Park to H. J. Kestner, 1384 East Como
Boulevard, and Thomas J. Reilly, 433 Johnson Parkway, for the
park seasons of 1963, 1964, and 1965, the said grantees H. J.
Kestner and Thomas J. Reilly to pay for the privilege the sum
of $750.00 per year, $250.00 to become payable on June 1, $250.00
on July 1, and $250.00 on August 1 of each year, and to provide
a public liability and property damage policy which shall be
approved by the Corporation Counsel;
RESOLVED FURTHER, That this Council also grants the
privilege of operating a miniature golf putting course at Highland
Park to Judy F. Ernst, 1287 Pinehurst, for the parkseasons of
1963, 1964, and 1965, the said grantee Judy F. Ernst to pay for
the privilege the sum of $200.00 per year, $100.00 to become payable
on June 1 and $100.00 to become payable on July 1 of each year, and
to provide a public liability and property damage policy which shall
be approved by the Corporation Counsel;
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized and directed to draw the proper agreements therefor, and
when drawn, the proper City officers ale authorized to execute thee-
same on behalf of the City;
RESOLVED FURTHER, That as a condition of the granting
of the privilege to operate the golf putting courses, the grantees shall
restore the land to its present condition at the expiration of the
agreement.
