RESOLVED, That the proper city officials be and they are
herein authorized and instructed. to execute an easement agreement
and a license and permit, said license and permit covering the
right -of -way area owned by the Chicago and North Western Railway
Company as described in license dated April 25, 1963, granted to
the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota. This agreement, license and
permit being necessary to the proper grading of the area adjacent
to the proposed small boat harbor near the westerly end of
Harriet Island, said grading area being more fully depicted on
Exhibit "A" attached to said agreement, license and permit.
