WHEREAS, the City of�Saint Paul has many problems,
some seemingly conflicting with others, certainly, all
demanding attention and time of the interested responsible
officials and citizens of this community; and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Legislative Delegation
has throughout the past legislative session given much time
from a crowded schedule and much effort during a very active
period in considering legislation concerning specific local
legislation as well as general legislation of great concern
and interest to the citizens of this community,
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint
Paul, for itself and on behalf of the citizens of this
community, expresses appreciation to the Ramsey County
Legislative Delegation for the handling of the various
City bills and extends every encouragement to the Ramsey
County Delegation for future efforts deemed to be beneficial
to the City of Saint Paul. �-
