PETERSON COMMISSIONER DATE WHERFAS, the Coannissioner of Public Safety has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from May 16th 1963 to May 31st 1963, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees in the - Department of Public Safety for more than eight hours per day, or forty hours per week, in doing the following work. Maintenance work in the Bureau of Police & Fire Alarm and Whereas, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances Emergency Repairing of Traffic Signals.
