That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Laurel Ave. from Moore St. to Howell St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist. 2 with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.2K per lin. ft. for a std. sidewalk 5 ft. wide, and $3.80 per link ft. for a std. sidewalk 6 ft. wide. Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the oZ day of —Tunp-, 1 96.3 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House, and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul.
