RESOLVED, That in accordance with Section 169.14, Sub-
division 5, of the Minnesota Motor Vehicle and Traffic Laws,
the Council of the City of St. Paul hereby requests the Com-
missioner of the Minnesota Department of Highways to determine
the maximum safe speeds on the following streets or portions
thereof:
treal Avenue (T.H. #51) from Snelling Avenue to West Seventh Street.
Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Raymond Avenue.
and to authorize the City of St. Paul to revise existing speed
zones in accordance with the findings of the Commissioner of
Highways.
