on the west side of Wabasha Street between Fairfield and Fillmore
Avenues, more particularly described as, except the southeast 12.22
feet, Lot 4, Block 181, Robertson's Addition to West St. Paul,
in accordance with plans approved September 5, 1963, subject to
compliance with the provisions of all applicable City ordinances and

Dear Madam:
This is in the matter of +the application of Michael kle 40install and
operate a 13 car off - street parking lot on property located on the west
side of Wabasha Street between Fairfield and Fillmore Avenues on property
described as except the southeast 12.22 feet, Lot 4, Block 181, Robertson's
Addition to West St. Paul. The property is zoned light industry.
The site is vacant, and it is proposed to develop it fir off-street parking
in conjunction with the applicant's bar situated at the corner of Fairfield
Avenue and Wabasha Street. All of the surrounding area uses are either
industrial or commercial. The Traffic Engineer has approved the plan
which meets the standards for this type of facility.
In consideration of_the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the
granting of the permit to install and operate a 13 car off - street parking
lot on the above described property in accordance with plans approved
September 5, 1963.
