WHEREAS, the office of the Valuation Engineer has
indicated that H. and Val J. Rothschild, Inc. as vendee under
a Contract For Deed entered into on the 30th day of March,
1962, between said vendee and the City of Saint Paul, have
failed to pay the final installment under said Contract due
and payable as of the first day of September, 1963; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has made tender of
deed to said H. and Val J. Rothschild, Inc. as contemplated
by said Contract; and
WHEREAS, in consequence of the failure to make the
final payment, said vendee is in default under the terms,
conditions and provisions of said Contract for Deed,
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Corporation Counsel of the City
of Saint Paul is hereby authorized and directed to prepare a
Notice of Cancellation of Contract for Deed, and the Mayor of
the City of Saint Paul is hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of said City, a Notice of Cancellation of Contract for
Deed resulting from the failure to pay the final installment
underfsaid Contract; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the
