Morningside Drive from Longfellow Avenue to Eastview Avenue (now known as Edgebrook
Ave.), in Eastview Avenue (now known as Edgebrook Ave.) from a point 545 feet west
of McKnight Road to Winthrop Street; in Winthrop Street from a point 590 feet south
of Upper Afton Road to the south line of Section 2, Township 28, Range 22; and in
Winthrop Street, extended from the south line of Section 2, Township 28, Range 22,
south approximately 275 feet to an existing creek running through the NE} of Section
11, Township 28, Range 22; all of which is to be known as the AFTON HEIGHTS ADDITION

the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
