Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
for
constructing a public sanitary sewer in Larpenteur Avenue from Edgerton Street to

150 -feet east of the Soo Line Railroad Bridge, also construct sanitary sewer services
to property lines where necessary
under Preliminary Order 197125 —,approved May 13, 196o
Intermediary Order 197220 , approved May 24, 1960
Final Order 197623 approved June 21, 1960
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved. - -
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 6th
day of November, 1963 .1 at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
