RESOLVED, That it appearing to be in the best interests
of the City of Saint Paul and the citizens thereof, the proper
City officials may be and hereby are authorized and directed
to commence an action in the name of-the City of Saint -Paul for
registration of the following described real estate, to -wit:
All of Block 9, D. W. Ingersoll Addition to
St. Paul, -Minn. and the vacated alley therein,
and that part of vacated Iglehart Avenue adjacent
to said'Block 9 and lying.north of a line described
as follows: commencing at a point on the easterly
line of said Block 9 extended southerly and 290 feet
north of the north line of Marshall Avenue; thence
west parallel with the south line of said Block 9
a distance of 138.0 feet; thence south at right'
angles a distance of 40 feet; thence west parallel
with the south line of said Block to the point of
intersection with the west line of said Block 9
extended southerly.
